Shipping. When will I receive my order?

It takes us 2 to 5 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it to you. You will have to take into account also the shipping time, which depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

● USA: 3-4 business days

● Europe: 3-7 business days

● Australia: 2-14 business days

Japan: 4-8 business days

International: 10-20 business days

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it yet, what do I do? Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

● Ask your neighbours if the carrier has left them your parcel.

Avoid theft. If you will not be at home on the day of delivery, use your work address or wherever you will be. I received a wrong or damaged product, what do I do?
